AEYSHA FEELS GRATEFUL TO CMES
Mst. Ayesha Begum from Ranirbandar gender association joined the micro credit program of CMES through one of her neighbors. The sessions given by the microcredit program taught her how she can change her life through small entrepreneurship.

After joining to the association she saved money and tried to know its rules and regulations.  She applied for her first loan for Tk.10, 000 to start a cow farm wishing that it might bring solvency to their family condition With loan support from CMES. At first her husband didn’t agree, but later he gave his support to her. However, after two months he bought a cow for starting a dairy business. She and her husband worked hard for returning the loan. Ultimately they paid back the loan amount. Later she took 15,000 & 25,000 taka consecutively from the association and expanded her dairy business with more cows. With a view to expanding her business, she finally sought an enterprise loan from CMES.

She began her diary firm as a small enterprise with Tk. 40,000 she got from SME loan. Now, she owns six milch cows that give milk of around Tk. 650 per day. This amount helps her in running her family, and also in paying off her loan installments smoothly. After returning her last loan amount, she is looking forward to take more loans in order to turn her business as a big one. Thus rearing cow and selling milk changed the fate of Ayesha Begum. Ayesha feels grateful to CMES as its loan helped her to be self-reliant and to change her fate.
